  Question: Why we need to squeeze 7-10 times when we first use the toothpaste dispenser?

  Answer: There is air inside the toothpaste and we need to squeeze out the air inside first. When air is all out, toothpaste will goes down to the dispenser. But sometimes we do not always need to squeeze so many times. We may get the first toothpaste only after 2-3 pushes. It depends.

  Question: Why the toothbrush holder keeps falling down one night after installed?

  Answer: There are some customers reflecting this. It may be the following reasons:

  1. wrong way of installation: need to make sure the wall is dry and clean: no water, no oil or dust. (please use wet cloth to wipe and wait to dry totally)
